Product Description
Shrinkable sleeve is applied to the optical fiber closure to fix and protect the optical fiber when splicing. The sleeve can be divided into two types(single and mass) according to the function. The single type is used for the single-fiber, and the mass type is used for the ribbon fiber. It is different in the reinforcement between two types. The single one realizes the reinforcement by the stainless steel needles, the later one via the ceramic reinforcement member to realize the function.
The material of protection tube is PE, and EVA is optional to make the tube soft. The dual port of the tube are hot melted for fixing the steel rod. Its length is 40mm or 45mm or 60mm.
The material of steel rod is 304# steel. The dual port of the rod are polished to be smooth in case scratching the tube during inserting. Its diameter is 1.0mm or 1.2mm. The diameter of the steel needle and the length of the heat shrinkable tube can also be customized according to the actual needs of customers.
